QV EyeGear:

Lifetime Warranty:  All QV EyeGear sunglasses. 

Covered:  Defects in materials and workmanship of Frames and Lenses

 

Not Covered: Normal wear and tear due to usage. Damage from excessive stress resulting from accidents or deliberate mishandling of the sunglasses. Lens scratching that results from user accidental or deliberate action.

 

Frames:

If Frames or Lenses break or fail to function due to manufacturing defects QVIGear will, at our option, free of charge, replace or repair the sunglasses. 

 

Lenses:

If the owner feels that scratches have occurred to the extent it adversely affects vision and if the owner has taken reasonably good care of the sunglasses – QVI Gear will, at our option, free of charge, repair or replace the sunglasses. Nothing is as irritating as scratched lenses and QV EyeGear will provide superior lens warranty service in favor of the customer.  We have over 15 years experience with consumers and their sunglasses and trust customer honesty and integrity.

 

QV EyeGear sunglasses are extremely durable.  QV EyeGear Pro Optics sunglasses are treated with a variety of high tech lens coatings that are uniquely applied.  These processes equal or exceed those used on many sunglasses costing over $100.  However no sunglass is indestructible.  Dropping the sunglasses on a rough, concrete or rocky surface may pit or scratch the lenses, for example.  However, we trust the honesty and integrity of the owner and will repair or replace all products fairly to insure our customers can rely on QVIGear products and experience the superior consumer value-per-dollar cost of QV EyeGear.

The customer will receive a 10% Discount Coupon with the return of the repaired or replaced product.  The 10% may be applied toward the purchase of any QVIGear Product.

Loss Replacement Assurance:

 

One thing is more irritating than scratched lenses. It is losing your sunglasses, especially shortly after purchase.   In over 15 years of dealing with consumers we have talked to many who do not purchase a good pair of sunglasses due to the fact they “know” they will lose them.  This is not good for their eyes or budget because they usually buy several pair of cheap products per year.

 

The QVIGear Solution:

Loss Replacement Assurance:

Period Covered:  36 Months

 

If the customer loses his/her pair of QV EyeGear sunglasses within 36 months of purchase QVIGear will, at our option, replace the sunglasses for 50% off of the current retail price.

  

Customers should contact QVIGear Customer Service and advise them of the loss.  The Customer Service Department will verify the purchase date and confirm the model, frame and lens combination of the sunglass lost.  The customer will be contacted with replacement information.

 

QVIGear will have an easy, online contact and order process to facilitate the replacement of the lost sunglasses.

Lifetime Warranty

QVIGear is an authorized agent and will provide customer service regarding warranty issues.  Siren Eyes and Syre Optics have a lifetime warranty. 

 

The advanced technology materials and skilled craftsmanship used to manufacture them are the same or equal to those used on very expensive sunglasses.  Syre Optics and Siren Eyes are truly ophthalmic quality.

 

Online Service and Warranty Repair/Replacement forms facilitate the process to insure timely response to all service and warranty issues.

No Loss Replacement at this time but call us if you lose them and we will provide the best discount possible.  We value your business and appreciate your loyalty to our brands and service.
