Every once in awhile things just don't go as planned. No need to stress out- we'll make it easy to fix the problem

If it was ours we consider that a big problem and assure you we will take care of you and resolve the problem immediately. 

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the item within 30 days from the shipping date for a refund of the full purchase price of the merchandise. The item(s) must be in as new condition, unworn and with all original tags still attached, not just loose in the box. This applies to all returned items including exchanges. Hats that do not have the tags attached will not be eligible for a refund and exchanges may be assessed a handing fee at our discretion. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded but a QVIGear store credit may be issued.

Defective item returns will be refunded upon receipt and inspection by QVIGear or the manufacturer. Return labels will be issued at the discretion of the seller on a case by case basis. If no label is provided your return postage will be included in your refund after inspection of the item. The abuse of our return policy has made it necessary for us to adopt this method and we apologize for that.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY QVI COMPANY PRIOR TO THE RETURN BEING MADE. Depending on the reason for the return there may be specific handling methods to be used for the return of the item. These methods are non-negotiable to allow for the most favorable handling of your return. Following these procedures has enabled us to keep from charging the re-stocking fees charged by so many other companies. Failure to contact us for return authorization may result in no refund and/or exchange being issued. There may also be re-stocking fees assessed at our discretion.

You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. If an exchange is requested we will pay the shipping cost back to you for USA and USA territory orders. International exchanges will be reshipped with the actual shipping costs charged to the customer.

Orders that are refused, unclaimed or incorrectly addressed by buyer will not receive a refund. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from the purchase price. In addition, any and all shipping costs incurred by QVIGear (i.e. return to manufacturer warehouse if direct shipped from there) will be deducted from the purchase price and a QVIGear store credit will be issued for the balance. If the buyer requests that the order be reshipped to them the buyer will be charged for reshipping the order. Order will not be reshipped until these charges are paid.

Crediting Your Returns:

QVIGear will credit the credit card account used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 10-14 business days for credit to be issued and allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by QVI Company check within 10-14 business days. It is our policy to issue credits as quickly as possible

Returning A Gift:

If you are returning a gift we can either refund the credit card that was used by the purchaser or issue you, the gift recipient, a QVIGear gift credit code for the amount of the original item(s) purchased. This credit code can then be used at the time of placing your new order. Gift credit codes are valid for one year from the date of issue. Simply let us know when you call how you would like for us to process your gift return and we will take care of it for you
